SUMMARY
The Vice President of Corporate Development is responsible for executing the five year corporate expansion plan as delineated by the board of directors. He is responsible to develop capital budgets and execute the build out and opening of 50 restaurant locations in a five year period.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
■ Author the five-year capital budget and expansion plan.
■ Acquire favorable leases for all new restaurant locations.
■ Develop corporate marketing strategy.
■ Develop architectural and design specifications for restaurant installations.
■ Purchase furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
■ Supervise build out of new restaurants.
■ Assure compliance to the restaurant opening schedule.
■ Supervise creation of the pre-opening marketing plan for all new restaurant locations.
■ Secure governmental approval of all final building plans.
■ Complete construction punch-lists and authorize all payments to vendors and contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS
